Our shipping partners handle the transportation and delivery of your package from our warehouse to your doorstep. While we work with experienced carriers, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, traffic, customs clearance, or carrier-specific operational challenges. We are committed to keeping you informed throughout the shipping process.

  • Express Shipping (India): 2–3 business days from order processing. Available for select pin codes.

Order Tracking & Shipment Updates

Once your order is processed and handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress at any time. Tracking updates are provided by our third-party logistics partner and may take 24–48 hours to reflect in the system after dispatch. We recommend checking your tracking details regularly for the most up-to-date delivery status.

Shipping Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at support@klyra.lab with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Tracking number
  • Photos of the damaged package or item (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with our shipping partner to investigate the claim and resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange a replacement shipment or process a refund. Please report any damage or loss within 7 days of delivery for faster resolution.

Delivery Address & Changes

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. Once an order is processed and handed over to our shipping partner, address changes may not be possible. If you need to modify your address before dispatch, contact us immediately at support@klyra.lab. For address changes after dispatch, please contact our support team and we will attempt to coordinate with the carrier.

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery. Klyra.lab is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or additional fees incurred. Please check your country's import regulations before placing an international order.
