We want you to love your Klyra.lab jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Custom or personalised orders are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@klyra.lab.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
